Privacy Policy

Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form at /contact, we collect your name, email address, project type, an optional template preference, and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure anonymous traffic patterns (pages visited, approximate location at the country/region level, device type). No cookies are set by these tools and we do not receive personally identifying information.

Email delivery. Emails sent from our contact form are relayed through Resend, our transactional email provider. Resend processes the subject, body, and addresses of those messages to deliver them.

Store purchases.Art purchases are handled by our separate Squarespace store. When you click through to the store, Squarespace’s privacy policy governs any data collected there. We do not process payment card information on this site.

• To comply with legal obligations when required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your email to send marketing or add you to any list — if you want updates, you subscribe directly to our Substack, not us.

This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a cookieless measurement approach. If your browser has third-party cookies enabled and you interact with embedded content (e.g. Substack), those providers may set their own cookies.

Contact form messages are retained in our email system for as long as is useful to continue the conversation, plus a reasonable period for business records. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@propheticfrequency.com.

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, or to delete it. If you’re a resident of the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), those rights apply here too. Send requests to hello@propheticfrequency.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect information in transit (TLS) and at rest (modern hosted infrastructure with access controls). No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we’ll notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be highlighted here.
